1209 N. Orange Street in Wilmington, DE is home to 285,000 registered corporations. Among them are the following:

ZFS Holdings is a company registered by Hillary Clinton. In 2014 she earned $16 million of speaking fees that were run through the company.

WJC, LLC is a company registered by Bill Clinton. It holds his speaking fees.

Trump International Management Corporation and 40 Wall Street Corporation.  Financial data is unavailable.

Why Delaware? Delaware law allows corporations to shift earnings from another state. Delaware dos not tax intangible assets from other states. As such the, um, “corporations” avoid paying any taxes.

In December 2015 Hillary Clinton spoke out against corporate tax “loopholes.” Well, OK, not the same one she’s using but against “unfairness” in general. Some of her gems include:

“You should pay what you owe just like everybody else.”

“I’ll close corporate tax loopholes and make sure millionaires and billionaires can’t pay lower rates than middle-class families.”

Is the 0% tax her LLC pays in Delaware included in her fight for the middle-class or just an inconvenient afterthought?

Big Media likes to smear Trump (and most likely deservedly so) for his business practices. Where’s the Clinton outrage?

Yes Mr. Trump. Yes Mrs. Clinton. Fair is indeed fair. Neither of you seem to know the true meaning of the word.
